Additionally, BLOO LUCKY is a project dedicated to helping vulnerable people in Haiti and Mexico, using the funds raised to support these communities. It is important to note that BLOO LUCKY is not considered a game of chance, as it focuses on fundraising for a charitable purpose. BLOO LUCKY operates under strict guidelines to ensure that all activities are conducted in a fair, transparent, and socially responsible manner, with no elements of gambling or betting.

3. Eligibility

To participate in BLOO LUCKY, you must be at least 18 years old and comply with the applicable laws in your country of residence. We reserve the right to verify your age and the legality of your participation.

4. User Registration

To participate in a Tombola, you must register on our platform by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

5. Ticket Purchase

Each tombola has a specific cost per ticket. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that the payment is non-refundable once the purchase is made, except under specific circumstances described in the refund section.

6. Drawing and Prize Delivery

The drawing for each tombola will take place on the date and time specified in the tombola description. Winners will be notified via the email provided during registration. We reserve the right to verify the winner’s identity before delivering the prize.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of HAITI. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be resolved in the courts of Port-au-prince.
