BLOO LUCKY is an online platform that hosts charitable raffles. Participants can win prizes based on the specific terms of each draw. A portion of the funds raised goes toward supporting vulnerable communities in Haiti and Mexico. BLOO LUCKY is not considered a game of chance, as its primary mission is social fundraising. All activities are conducted with transparency, fairness, and social responsibility.

3. Eligibility

To participate in BLOO LUCKY, you must be at least 18 years old and comply with the applicable laws in your country of residence. We reserve the right to verify your age and the legality of your participation.

4. User Registration

To participate in a Tombola, you must register on our platform by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

5. Ticket Purchase

Each tombola has a specific cost per ticket. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that the payment is non-refundable once the purchase is made, except under specific circumstances described in the refund section.

6. Drawing and Prize Delivery

The drawing for each tombola will take place on the date and time specified in the tombola description. Winners will be notified via the email provided during registration. We reserve the right to verify the winner’s identity before delivering the prize.

7. Acceptable Use

You will not use BLOO LUCKY to engage in fraudulent, illegal, or any other activities that may harm the platform or other users’ experiences. BLOO LUCKY is committed to maintaining a safe and positive environment for all users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of HAITI. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be resolved in the courts of Port-au-prince.
